Includes:
1 x 38 tooth rear sprocket
1 x rear sprocket hub
6 x hub studs

3 x sprocket locking washer tabs
It will fit on any year Yamaha Banshee 350 1987-2006 or Blaster 200 axle 1988-2006.
This is the 6 finger / prong style. (Early model 87-88 only had 4 fingers, but this fit axle so you can convert to new style)
This replaces Yamaha factory OEM # 2XJ-25386-00-00

Will not strip out the splines like the cheaper aftermarket aluminum models
When using a 38 tooth sprocket, since it is smaller than OEM, your chain may rub on the fingers of the sprocket hub - you will need to file a flat on the fingers so the chain will clear
