Due to the nature of all products sold by Motor City ATV Products and the specific usage of them, All products are sold “As is with no Warranty Implied” All Vito’s manufactured defective products issues are handled on a we see it first for inspection before anything might be done. Any other manufactures defective items must be returned with a copy of our invoice to them for their determination to help you if they so deem.

Any return for credit items must be returned in undamaged original packaging with copy of original receipt within 30 days of invoice, if damaged we may return it to you or charge a repackaging fee.

Special circumstances after 30 days can at times allow exchange for a Item or items for another of equal value. If you ever have any problem and don’t call us and politely discuss it, then you will not have anybody to blame but yourself.

Customer is responsible for any jetting changes when changing or modifying intake or internal engine components. Customer is responsible for checking deck height, piston to head clearance, valve to piston clearance and skirt clearance when changing or modifying any internal engine components.Failure to do so can result in engine damage.

All work performed on your ATV should be performed by a qualified and experienced Mechanic, Technician.

We accept American express, Discover, MasterCard, Paypal and Visa credit cards. COD orders must be phoned in. Any returned COD packages will not be tolerated and you will have to take your Business elsewhere and if we like you can prepay the freight from the returned order and any new order you might place with us in the future.

We offer International orders, Outside USA paid by Paypal only, All prices are USA funds. Orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service Priority International. 

We reserve the right to change product, pricing and availability at anytime and will call if such is the case.
