WHY YOU NEED DIFFERENT PILOT JETS:

Pilot jet sizing has a major effect on starting, idle, throttle response, and low-speed operation. Changes in elevation, temperature, exhaust, air filter, engine modifications, and other factors can require a different pilot jet.

This assortment gives you multiple sizes so you can properly tune your carburetor instead of being stuck with a single pilot jet.
